2) Refund Policy
Fees for Hypnotherapy & PLR Sessions  are non-refundable once payment has been made, except within 24 hours, in which case a refund can be issued with a 10% deduction

3) Ishma Past Life Regression does not entertain refund requests under any circumstances after 24 hours of payment.
All payments made for past life regression sessions and training courses are considered final and non-negotiable.

4) Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional circumstances, where Ishma Miglani  is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be considered.
Such exceptional circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and any decision made by Ishma Miglani  will be final.

5) Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to payments or refunds will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction clause outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
